In this role, you will ensure that our customers' technical equipment is functioning optimally and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality and quality service delivery.
  • Diagnose and rectify technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, providing timely solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on equipment operation, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed service reports and documentation within specified deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, showcasing expertise in equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems, enabling efficient problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, ensuring effective service delivery.
