About the Role

This Sales and Style Consultant position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer service environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, interiors, or furniture sales, as well as strong sales skills and knowledge of current trends.

A competitive estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every customer so they feel at home and relaxed, encouraging them to spend time in the store and browse the full range.
  • Maintain high showroom standards and visual merchandising.
  • Provide customers with advice and support, ensuring a full understanding of their needs.
  • Chase sales quotations and process orders efficiently.
  • Be a brand ambassador for sofa.com, embracing the customer journey and leading by example.
  • Proactively improve and update knowledge of product & interior trends.
