Night Concierge and Security Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Concierge and Security Assistant to join our team at Riverside. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our schemes and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an initial point of reference on the phone and in a reception area, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Implement night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme, and respond to faults as discovered.
- Monitor access to schemes and visitors, and meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices.
- Report incidents and anti-social behaviour, and carry out domestic tasks to a high standard.
- Effective recording of information, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
- Advises management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns about a client, and reports repairs to maintenance contractors.
- Ensure culture and diversity issues for the clients are considered at all times, and report any forms of discrimination.
- Promote and encourage a high level of client involvement, consultation, and communication.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to demonstrate IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside.
