We are seeking a skilled Night Concierge and Security Assistant to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our properties and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the initial point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming reception service.
- Implement and monitor night security systems to ensure the overall safety and security of the scheme.
- Respond to faults and incidents as discovered, and report any anti-social behaviour to the relevant authorities.
- Monitor access to schemes and visitors, and meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to demonstrate IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside.
- Commitment to equal opportunities and promoting non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours and may include lone working.
