About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our UK finance team at DLA Piper. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on the financial performance of our UK practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Oversee accounting and reporting for centrally managed cost bases
  • Lead a team of qualified accountants and part-qualified accountants
  • Support the Head of UK Finance in providing financial insights and analysis
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience
  • Audit practice background preferred
  • Candidates should be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and demonstrate a flexible and collaborative personal working style

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical orientation, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a highly developed collaborative nature.
