About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAMHS Practitioner/CBT therapist to join Pennine Care NHS FT and support the development of the CYPMH offer into our local communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the therapeutic interventions offered to children and young people accessing the service.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans of care for children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Liaise with other agencies regarding the implementation of care plans and the management of risk for children and young people.
  • Promote and support mental health awareness in agencies supporting children and young people.

You will be part of a highly motivated local across system leadership team who are committed to embedding a thriving culture within Pennine Care NHS FT.

Requirements

  • HCPC or BABCP registration.
  • CBT qualification.
  • CBT supervision qualification or have an interest in pursuing accredited CBT supervision training.
  • Substantial experience of working within a health delivered child and adolescent mental health outpatient/community service or of Adult Mental Health Services.
  • Experience of the CPA model.
  • Experience of clinically supervising the work of others.
