Job Title: Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our palliative care services.

Salary: £93,666 - £126,281 per annum (pro rata) + 2% on-call supplement + London weighting allowance.

Job Description: This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to work in an established Palliative Care team at St Joseph's Hospice. The post at St Joseph's hospice is primarily based within the community team and also providing cover to the inpatient wards. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and support.

Main Duties:
  1. This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  2. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans.
  3. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  1. Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a license to practice.
  2. Diploma, Masters Degree or other higher degree in Palliative Medicine.
  3. Specialist Register for Palliative Medicine or within 6 months of attaining CCT / CESR in palliative medicine.
