About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our SEND Service as Head of Service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of inclusive provision and practice in Southwark.

About the Team

The SEND Team is responsible for delivering high-quality services to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. As Head of Service, you will work closely with the Assistant Director SEND to develop and implement strategic activities, manage casework teams, and oversee tribunals and complaints.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can lead our SEND Service and work in partnership with schools, colleges, parents, and health partners in Southwark. You will have a strong track record of developing and implementing innovative practice, and a passion for making a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
