Compensation Analyst

A leading international business, Cobb & Jones, is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst - Total Rewards to join their People team. In this newly created role, you will support the Head of Reward in profiling, managing, and reporting of benefits across the Group as they implement their new total reward strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for providing analysis and insights to inform business decisions and collaborating with the Head of Reward to develop and implement total reward strategies.
The salary for this position is estimated at around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also have access to a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and private healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining benefit plans and schemes
- Analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with the Head of Reward to develop and implement total reward strategies
