Regional Property Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 with a discretionary 5% KPI bonus
Our client, a prestigious and rapidly expanding real estate firm recognized as a leader in the Build to Rent sector, is in search of a motivated and proactive individual to join their Property Management division as a Regional Property Manager within our residential team based in Sutton Coldfield.
To be considered for the position of Regional Property Manager, candidates should ideally possess prior experience in Residential Lettings or a Property Management capacity. However, we are open to exceptional candidates with less experience, provided they demonstrate outstanding communication skills both in person and over the phone, alongside a professional and confident demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a schedule of pre-arranged property viewings and conduct tours of properties within your portfolio.
- Collect feedback from viewings and present offers to the asset management team.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team regarding tenant referencing and ensure that prospective tenants submit the required documentation.
- Prepare detailed inventories documenting the condition of properties prior to the start of tenancies.
- Meet new tenants at properties to conduct move-in orientations, providing keys and essential information.
- Conduct mid-tenancy property visits to assess condition, compile brief reports, and communicate findings to the property manager.
- Engage with current tenants regarding any maintenance issues, liaising with Property Managers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Handle post-appointment administrative tasks, including gathering feedback, negotiating deals, drafting reports, updating software, and collaborating with property managers.
- Previous experience in property management or lettings is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- 21 days of annual leave, increasing to 26 days over time (excluding bank holidays).
