Job Overview:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Haematological Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sciensus. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with long-term conditions, rare diseases, and cancer.

">You will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments to patients in their own homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders will be essential in providing holistic, patient-focused care.

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification">
- Current registration with the NMC">
- Experience in haematology or oncology nursing">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
- Valid UK driving license">
