As a paraplanner with Exchange Street Executive Search, you'll be part of an acquisitive and growing financial planning business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in portfolio analysis and report production. With a strong focus on technical research and collaboration with colleagues, you'll work closely with the financial planner, admin, and compliance teams.

You can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll be eligible for enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
