Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication, and practical tasks
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and adapt care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support, and report any concerns or issues to the care team

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients. You'll need to be able to work independently, as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to care and support. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential, as is a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
