About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our service users, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and intimate care
  • Manage care plans and ensure that service users receive the best possible care
  • Assist with aids and equipment, and liaise with health professionals as needed
  • Ensure a high standard of living environment and personal belongings
  • Respond to emergencies and handle communications in a professional manner
  • Participate in meetings and adhere to CrossReach's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve this qualification
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to service users
