Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote Kwalee's PC & Console titles and engage with our community.
  • Write and publish high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, and game announcements, to keep our community informed and excited about our games.
  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback across social media, Steam, Reddit, and Discord, providing timely and helpful support.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in community management, preferably in the games industry.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with our community.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A native understanding of written and spoken English.
  • Basic proficiency in design tools, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
