Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the needs of each child.
- Contribute to succession planning, identification, and delivery of relevant training, and supporting professional development plans for all colleagues.
- Engage with the Local Authority to understand the local offer and support practice in all areas of the nursery.
