Job Title: People Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Administrator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our clients, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure productive working and continuous improvement.
  • Input data onto our systems in an accurate and timely manner, quality assure information, and provide assistance and guidance when necessary.
  • Support the production of management information to enable effective performance management and decision making.
  • Provide administrative support to specific projects, including research and data collection, and provide information for meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Attained or willing to work towards achieving NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or Business Administration.
  • Commitment to continued professional development in relevant disciplines, including HR and L&D Practice.
  • Good standard of education with GCSEs (Grade 9-1/A-C) or Key Skills level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Proven experience of working in a demanding administrative role, ideally in an HR or L&D environment.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude to learn new systems/technology.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to enable the post holder to interact confidently, effectively, and professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to organize, plan, manage, and prioritize workloads, be adaptable, flexible, and resilient, and have a willingness to learn new processes.
Desirable:
  • Experience of Recruitment/Resourcing/Planning processes, including shortlisting and knowledge of best practice and employment law in the context of recruitment and diversity.
  • Ability to travel to different locations across the Force and undertake all assignments in a timely manner.
