Pangbourne College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to support the HR Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor to ensure the HR Function provides a professional service to the College. Key responsibilities include supporting the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with college policy and statutory requirements, and managing the payroll system.
