Job Title: Security Architect

As a key member of the Openwork UK Ltd team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company's cyber-security strategy to achieve its broader technology and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver architectural standards, reference architectures, and designs to ensure the security of Openwork's hybrid-cloud computing platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber-security technology trends and the competitive landscape to inform the company's technology strategy.
  • Operate as the go-to expert for blue-sky thinking, innovation, and development, working closely with the business to ensure cyber-security adoption maximizes the company's business proposition while minimizing operational costs and risk.
  • Manage the adoption and supporting policies, processes, operating models, and cultural changes across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with technology and business stakeholders, communicating effectively to technical and senior non-technical audiences.
  • Work with product and change teams to maximize opportunities and minimize complexity and technical debt.
  • Define security requirements and embed them early in project lifecycles, varying as needed for the type of project.
  • Provide security assurance around significant change, including new projects and major rearchitecting of existing systems.

What We Offer:

  • Salary - up to £80,000
  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus – 15%
  • Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
