We are looking for a Part Time Office Support Professional to join our team. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for managing office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering low quantities as needed.

This role involves preparing and processing purchase orders with vendors, ensuring timely delivery. You will also generate internal quotes and sales orders, provide excellent customer service via phone and computer, and perform administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience with Epicor or similar ERP applications, as well as 1-2 years in purchasing and sales support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and attention to detail and accuracy are essential skills for this role.
