Finance Business Partner

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Wise Employment. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial expertise and support to our business units.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with business units to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.
* Manage fixed assets and capital accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Provide VAT, partial exemption, and tax advice to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Develop and implement treasury management and cash flow forecasting strategies.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform strategic planning.
* Identify key trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for financial process improvements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met.
* Monitor and control financial processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**

* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CCAB) or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
* Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
