Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.
  • Manage Fixed Assets and Capital Accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide VAT, Partial Exemption, and other tax advice to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee Treasury Management and Cash Flow Forecasting, ensuring effective financial planning and management.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse financial data and performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and control financial processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CCAB) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
