About the Role

LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sports & Behaviour Mentor. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of sports and educational expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with Special Educational Needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young people, leveraging the transferable skills developed through sports.
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans and strategies to promote positive actions, creating a safe and supportive environment for all pupils to thrive.
  • Collaborate with the school team to provide a comprehensive support system, ensuring the well-being and success of each student.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable, but not essential. Candidates with a career in sports or education are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to educate and support individuals in achieving their goals, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
  • Responsive and caring approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
