Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our team at the University Centre in Cheshire. As a Programme Leader for our Canine and Equine academic team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our higher education programmes, including teaching on our undergraduate courses.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our higher education programmes and drive the development of our new curriculum offer. You will work closely with Senior Leaders and colleagues to develop and drive operational enhancements and help steer the development of our new curriculum offer. Contribute to the achievement of the University Centre's strategic plan and vision to secure its position as a leading-edge provider of land-based higher education.

Key Requirements
Minimum Level 6 qualification in a related discipline, such as Bio Veterinary Science or Equine related subjects. A period of relevant and successful experience within the relevant subject sector and education sector. Experience of teaching within Higher or Further education is highly desirable. Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and enthuse learners to succeed.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum. 35 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a two-week festive/New Year shut down. Generous pension scheme with an employer contribution of 28.68%. On-site gym membership available. Pluxee reward scheme.
