Dietary Leadership Professional

We are looking for a seasoned Dietary Leadership Professional to oversee the medical diet provision across all sectors of Chartwells. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall health and wellbeing of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective medical diet policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on medical diet matters to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of medical diet services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to medical diet provision.
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners to source innovative and nutritious ingredients.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making on medical diet initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programmes for staff on medical diet-related topics.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on medical diet activities.
- Represent Chartwells at industry events and conferences to promote our expertise and knowledge in medical diet provision.
Requirements:
- Degree or qualification in Food Science, Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
