Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify and assess potential risks to the organization's operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities in business continuity.
- Monitor and Report: Continuously monitor the organization's business continuity efforts and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business continuity plans are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Qualifications: A Level 4 or above qualification in Business Continuity, Emergency Planning, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related field, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
