Barista - Dundee

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Dundee, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and crafting high-quality beverages.

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks and food items
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques
• Identify and report any equipment maintenance needs
• Represent our brand and uphold our values in all interactions

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
