Job Title: Barista - Dundee

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at ESS, a leading provider of Defence, Government, and Energy services. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality drinks for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding equipment.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions, and make recommendations to customers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
