About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Back of House Supervisor to join our award-winning culinary team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising kitchen porters and ensuring that all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen porters to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of back of house areas
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Complete and archive necessary kitchen paperwork, ensuring accurate records and compliance
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to provide exceptional service and support to our guests
