Supervising Social Care Manager

We are looking for a skilled Supervising Social Care Manager to lead our Fostering and Kinship Team at Charles Hunter Associates.
This role requires you to assess and support Foster Carers, special guardians, and kinship carers to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children. Our team works collaboratively to provide the necessary resources and support to ensure the best possible results.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £68,000 - £80,000, which includes benefits such as a 'Good' Ofsted inspection result, a hybrid working scheme, and access to extensive training and development opportunities.
You will need a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience, a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW), and a valid UK driving licence and car to be successful in this role.
