We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team at Windmill Recruitment Ltd. As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing emergency lighting and fire alarms. You will also be responsible for fault finding and repairs, communicating effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues, and being aware of and responsible for the equipment required to complete the necessary works.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer or Electrician with Fire Alarm Service Engineer experience, technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, FIA or equivalent qualifications, and a UK driving license.

Key responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and repair emergency lighting and fire alarms
  • Fault finding and repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Be aware of and responsible for the equipment required to complete the necessary works
  • Attend and repair emergency callouts as required
  • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota

Key requirements:

  • Hands-on experience working as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer or Electrician with Fire Alarm Service Engineer experience
  • Technical knowledge of fire alarm systems
  • FIA or equivalent qualifications
  • UK driving license
