About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Nordics Finance Manager to join our team at Mundipharma. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of financial integrity and control across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Control: Ensure accurate and timely financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with regional GMs to develop and implement commercial initiatives, including tenders, volume/cost/price analysis, and strategic planning.
- External Audit: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and address any audit findings.
- Financial Systems: Implement and maintain financial systems, including accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Significant post-qualification experience in financial controlling roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Education: Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a comparable education.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
