Location: Dorchester
Salary: £18,000 basic - OTE £45,000 uncapped
Hours: 8:30am-6pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch), Day off in the week, and every Saturday 8:30am-5pm.
Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-run dealer group in the Dorchester area to recruit an experienced car sales professional.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the dealership's excellent reputation. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them through the entire process from initial viewing to finance options and completing the sale.
Requirements:- Outstanding customer service skills
- Passion for cars and technology
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Car sales experience in a dealership environment
- Full UK driving license
- 30 days paid holiday per annum (inclusive of 8 bank holidays). Plus, an additional day for birthday after qualifying period
- Auto enrolment workplace pension scheme
- Fully supported ongoing training with our manufacturer partner, enabling career progression
