PLATINUM RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Dorchester. Our client is a leading car dealership on the South Coast, committed to providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of new and used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on vehicle selection, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers, negotiating and closing sales deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information, participating in dealership marketing and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new and used car sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for the automotive industry, with FCA accreditation preferred but not essential.
Benefits:
- Salary £18,000 + Uncapped OTE CIRCA £45,000
