About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to promote independence and self-sufficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 6 months of experience in UK care-giving from within the past 3 years, excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and professionalism. A caring and compassionate nature is essential for this role, as you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
