Job Description
We are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates into top graduate programmes. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. A strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its trends is also essential. In addition, you should have a degree from a Russell Group university and be able to demonstrate a passion for sales and recruitment.
