Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow sales with existing customers/key accounts
  • Take orders by phone/email, process sales orders, and arrange dispatch with coordination with the warehouse team
  • Raise replenishment purchase orders to suppliers to maintain required products on the shelf
  • Good knowledge of Sage
  • Willingness to learn product & market
  • Resolve customer disputes/issues regarding quality expectations, product shortages, damages, any urgent and late delivery issues
Requirements:
  • Ability to generate leads, contact prospective customers via phone, email, and visit them as needed for business development and other business matters
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as desired by management
  • Be part of developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
  • Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors
  • Good sales-management skills to work in a B2B environment
