Company Overview

Aston Charles is an innovative insurance company experiencing 20% year-on-year growth, doubling in size over 5 years. We have invested heavily in our broker distribution arm and are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join our highly successful team.

Job Description

This role involves managing broker partnerships, overseeing account plans, building pipelines, and driving growth. You will seek new partner Network member brokers, working alongside Network business development teams and internally with new business underwriters and existing business teams.

You will hold regular development meetings, attend networking events and conferences, and understand the company's sector propositions. Promote market-leading specialist insurance products across Financial Lines, Tech, Construction, Care & Charities, and be involved in rolling out new products and propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage broker partnerships to drive growth
  • Oversight of account plans and pipeline management
  • Development of new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Commercial insurance knowledge and experience
  • Previous Business Development experience in the insurance industry
