Mortgage Collections Contract - Late Arrears/Litigation
About the Role
Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Mortgage Collections Specialist to join our team in a mortgage lender's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing late arrears and litigation cases, providing financial support to customers experiencing repayment challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the end-to-end arrears management journey, providing tailored support to customers.
- Discuss with customers the root causes of their account being in arrears, identifying future barriers and developing customized arrangements.
- Process caseloads efficiently, utilizing all available tools to make contact with customers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for mortgage arrears, prioritizing fair customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in providing financial support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears or repayment challenges.
- Previous experience in undertaking complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities.
- Previous experience in providing bespoke support to vulnerable customers.
