The RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you'll be responsible for partnering with department heads and line managers to support their HR needs. You'll work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner to drive the People & Talent Strategy for the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and line managers
- Provide expert advice and coaching on employee relations issues
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and identify barriers to progress
- Lead and champion HR compliance programs and policy updates
- Own and run people projects, including onboarding and career development initiatives
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on partnership and business acumen
- Ability to provide commercially focused solutions and adapt to a creative, flexible working environment
- Experience in owning HR projects, including HRIS implementation, DEI initiatives, and compliance processes
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Personable and able to build relationships quickly
