This is a brand new role within the organisation, playing a crucial part in shaping the future of the company. As a trusted advisor to the owners and senior leadership team, you will provide expert guidance on all people-related activities across the group.

The ideal candidate will have the capability and ambition to take on a broader role as the organisation expands, being adaptable to respond to the changing needs of the division within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a visionary people strategy that fully incorporates each of the business divisions and enhances the culture.
• Create and embed performance management tools and frameworks to drive high performance.
• Establish robust policies and processes, and effective ways of working.
• Support future acquisitions and integration activity.
• Develop leadership and management capability to support future growth ambitions.
• Create a solid EVP that helps to attract, retain, develop and reward talent for the Group.
• Establish a robust reward framework that suits the needs of all employees.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a high-calibre HR Leader who is keen to be part of the growth journey. They will be able to adapt their style to suit the demands of the business and will be comfortable working with business owners, investors, colleagues and communities. They will be self-starters, comfortable with little to no administration support, and fully autonomous in this role.
