Payroll Specialist

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen in a rapidly growing business for an experienced Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for managing the payroll function across the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will assist with processing weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment of PAYE, National Insurance, Pension, Student Loans, Employment Benefit and Tax to the relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for the UK and ROI, including EU payroll (with full training provided)
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of PAYE, National Insurance, Pension, Student Loans, Employment Benefit and Tax to the relevant authorities
- Post payroll journals and pay subcontractors on RCT and CIS schemes
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
