Your training will include on-the-job learning and development, guided by experienced Jointers who work on underground cable engineering projects.

  • Organise your own projects

You'll need excellent communication skills, confidence to interact with colleagues, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Safety awareness is crucial, as is meeting deadlines. We require GCSE English, Mathematics, and Science qualifications or equivalent experience. If you're passionate about electrical engineering and willing to learn, this apprenticeship programme may be ideal for you.

The estimated salary for this role is £17,649 per annum, increasing as you gain experience.
