Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to join our growing design management team. The successful candidate will work on prestigious design and build projects, including student accommodation, high-rise residential, and commercial developments across the UK.

The initial project is a high-rise student accommodation development in Sheffield (£40m) with future projects across the region ranging from £20m to £60m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers.
  • Coordinate changes with the design team to ensure best value.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £65,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience).
  • A company car or allowance.
  • Healthcare and pension schemes.
  • 26 days holiday per annum.

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must have a track record as a Senior Design Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
