Join Our Team as a Candidate Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Candidate Consultant to join our team at Teaching Personnel, a leading education recruitment agency. As a key member of our Manchester Secondary and SEN branches, you will play a vital role in bringing schools and teachers together to provide a better education experience for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delight customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
  • Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
  • Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
  • Be a data input and data management wizard

About You:

  • You are passionate about the difference education can make in the world, regardless of whether or not you have worked in the sector before
  • You love talking to people and you're great at written communication as well
  • You have a project management mindset: you think logically through stages of activities, you plan, deliver and follow-up
  • You are curious and inquisitive and thrive on listening to people and understanding their backgrounds, needs and aspirations
  • You enjoy teamwork and are able to demonstrate autonomy and initiative
