Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Manchester (onsite)

Salary: £24,000 per annum plus uncapped commissions

Job Overview:

United Kingdom Education Centre is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Education Advisor to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting international education and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit international students and contribute to the team's recruitment target.
  • Plan and execute recruitment and marketing activities to promote our services and achieve targets.
  • Provide professional consultation services to students and deal with their enquiries.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and address general or specific enquiries.
  • Visit students off-site for counselling and information sessions, distribute leaflets, and participate in recruitment events.
  • Attend company training and deliver information sessions at regular meetings, as well as university information sessions and familiarisation trips.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in international student recruitment or sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Taiwanese).
  • Excellent sales skills and strong direct marketing skills.
  • Strong sense of market knowledge and ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, maturity, reliability, and honesty.
  • Ability to work individually with minimum supervision and be a committed team player.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Taiwan network or customer base in the local international student community would be an advantage.
