Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to build and manage a function from the ground up. This role will involve designing and implementing new processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team building skills, with experience in customer services and financial services background.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a Retail Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures
  • Lead a team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet SLA's

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in customer services with strong leadership skills
  • Financial services background and ideally Retail Banking experience
  • Experience of working within a small business previously will be advantageous

Salary: £32-33K
