We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate leader to join our team as a Registered Home Manager at a small, dementia care home in Swindon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our service and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Staff Supervision and Development: Providing leadership, coaching, and support to staff to help them reach their full potential and deliver exceptional care.
  • Care Service Development: Working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall quality of care and improve resident outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within a residential care home setting.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring.
