Job Title: Swindon Automotive Leadership Role

Company Overview: CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team in Swindon as an Automotive Service Centre Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the service centre, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of work quality.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Performance-related bonus scheme offering up to £60,000 per annum.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key leadership role within our organisation. As an Automotive Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating team members to achieve targets and maintain exceptional quality standards. You will also be required to manage customer enquiries in person and by telephone, providing timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve targets and maintain exceptional quality standards.
  • Manage customer enquiries in person and by telephone, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Liaise with the Centre Manager, co-workers, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Similar management/supervisory experience in an automotive service centre or related industry.
  • Able to assist in the workshop or possess mechanical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
