About This Role
We're seeking a Claims Resolution Specialist to oversee Home, SME, and Commercial claims, conduct on-site customer visits, and evaluate digital evidence. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Public Relations opportunities linked to Surge Events and DLG responses for affected insured properties.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee Home, SME, and Commercial claims, ensuring exceptional customer service and outstanding Net Promoter Scores.
- Conduct on-site customer visits to assess damage and provide support where needed.
- Evaluate digital evidence and make informed decisions regarding claims resolution.
- Collaborate with Disaster, Recovery, and Restoration teams to ensure seamless claims processing.
- Comply with company rules and regulations, adhering to Consumer Duty principles and managing business risks within the DLG risk framework.
- Facilitate complaint resolution, provide technical referrals, and support subrogated recovery elements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a field-based role.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage limits, and claims processes.
- Understanding of current construction methodology.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations as required.
